The StretchE Unified Clinical Platform

Each therapist has a named account with their specialisation recorded. The platform greets them by name, tracks their sessions, and auto-populates their name into every clinical record. Multi-therapist support included.

Every employee gets a unique StretchE ID (format: STR-YYYY-XXXX). Enter it on the gateway screen and the system retrieves their full clinical history in seconds. First visit auto-triggers baseline flow; subsequent visits auto-load the follow-up dashboard.

9-section stepwise data collection — Profile, Ergonomics, Pain, ROM, Tightness, Posture, Movement, Session Log, Report. Progress bar keeps therapist oriented. Draft save available at any step.

7-tab clinical management view — Overview, Progression, Reassessment, Today's Session, Goals, History, Report. All data auto-loaded from the employee record. Comparison against baseline is built in, not manually calculated.

Pain trend chart (NPRS average across sessions), MSK risk score trend, FMS score trend, region-by-region pain reduction bar chart, ROM improvement chart, full progression matrix — all auto-generated from session data.

Weekly schedule view for therapists. Appointment groupings by day (Today, Tomorrow, Rest of Week). Each appointment shows employee name, ID, department, visit type, and scheduled time. One-click entry into that employee's session.

Baseline Assessment Reports and Follow-Up Session Reports — structured for clinical documentation and insurance submission. Includes health profile, MSK summary, session log, and therapist recommendations. Emailable directly from the platform.

All records tied to unique Employee IDs. No personal data shared across employer accounts. Session data stored only for progression tracking. Privacy banner displayed at every baseline collection point.
